The Clinic of Hypnosis provides clients with a caring and professional hypnotherapy service, and has a comfortable therapy room to work in. Lyta will help clients to stop smoking, usually in one session, lose weight, work on eating disorders, overcome anxiety and panic attacks and the symptoms of IBS comfortably, and generally feel better. She also runs courses for hypnobirthing and natural birthing. Hypnotherapy is intended to be relaxing and enjoyable as the client works towards their goal.
