In June 2008 Michael Mahoney founder of the IBS Register won the Warringon Business Awards category Innovation & Research for his work in researching and developing his IBS Audio Program 60 for Children.

 On Tuesday 12th July 2011 Michael attended the Queens Garden party at Buckingham Palace after being nominated for his research and development work and ‘innovative health solutions programs’ which cover Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) in adults, and also in children. Along with his work in emotional recovery after breast cancer, and others.

The Garden Party is a long-established reward to those whose toil for their local communities, or success in their professions, deserves recognition. By coincidence a few days earlier Michael was celebrating his 25th year in practice.
