About the the presenter.

Michael Mahoney is a Clinical Hypnotherapist in professional practice since 1986; he is associated to, and has membership of, professional organisations within the hypnotherapy profession and the NHS.

He is a seasoned professional, with 22 years experience to call upon. Anyone who has been to any of Michaels workshops will know he has a passion for his profession, and is well known for his support, guidance and encouragement to others.

Alongside his busy NHS based medical centre practice, he has also carved out a name for himself within the NHS, where his work, products and services are used, tried and trusted by many. His practice also offers services to Occupational Health and Corporate organisations and also local government.

He is the author of the IBS Audio Program 100 and 16 other respected self help titles, his work is cited in at least 8 books. He is author of several articles in medical publications and various other professional publications and magazines. He is an award winning therapist with award winning products.

And all this from the early days, when the public knew little of hypnotherapy, when the medical profession didn’t want to know, and in the days of home visits and no office or premises either!  If it can be done in those circumstances, not to mention recession and economic slowdown in the 80’s and early 90’s it can be done today, in this current economic climate too!
