Further Information :
I specialise in the modern approach of Clinical Hypnotherapy utilising the clinically-proven techniques of CBT, Solution-Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Rewind Technique (aka Visual-Kinaesthetic Dissociation Technique). This approach which, when combined with the relaxed state of trance empowers people to make significant changes within a relatively short period of time.

In addition I am approved by and a volunteer therapist with the award winning charity Anxiety UK, which helps members with conditions ranging from blushing, fears and phobias to GAD (General Anxiety Disorder).
